St Patrick’s College Townsville is a Girls' day and boarding school for Years 8 to 12. Enrolment is open to girls of every culture, background and church connection. It encourages each student to have a sensitive caring for others and a respect for each individual. The boarding school provides accommodation for 150 young women. St Patrick's College is administered by the Sisters of Mercy and is part of a 90-year tradition of education of young women in Townsville. St Patrick's College seeks to provide a holistic approach to learning, with a balance between academic, spiritual, cultural and sporting activities. Our goal is to encourage the youth of North Queensland to grow into capable and successful young women of the future.
