Holy Innocents’ School is a Catholic systemic primary school within the parish of Croydon educating girls and boys from Kindergarten to Year 6. Established in 1924 and built on the work of both the Sisters of Charity and the Presentation Sisters, Holy Innocents’ School is a vibrant school community which strives for excellence in primary education.
We aim to create an educational environment of respect, trust and acceptance of each individual.
We strive to achieve educational excellence in offering each student the opportunity to develop their individual abilities to the full. In our educational programs we are committed to developing each facet of the child – spiritual, physical, intellectual, social, emotional, aesthetic and a sense of citizenship.
We believe that the child will thrive when parents and teachers hold the same beliefs and values regarding the education of the child and value highly the growth in faith of each child.
We recognize that each child has an individual rate of growth and development, achieving mastery levels in each of the Curriculum Areas at different rates and in different stages.
