Taree High School

Taree High School is a comprehensive co-educational high school which caters for students from Years 7-12. It seeks to provide flexible educational programs which address the needs of all students and aims to deliver these programs in a safe and friendly learning environment.

The school has a tradition of achievement in academic, sporting and artistic pursuits and has a culture which recognises and celebrates the successes of its students. Taree High School's curriculum and welfare structures are designed to promote self reliance and encourage students to take responsibility for their actions and their learning.

There is a well developed welfare network which supports students and which emphasises a general concern for their growth and their quality of life. The school is well equipped with a number of specialist facilities and liaises extensively with local primary schools, the business community and Taree TAFE.
