Meridan State College is an award-winning P-12 state college, located on the Sunshine Coast, near Caloundra. We are a new school, with a current cohort of Prep – Year 12 students, with 2012 being our first year of our full student complement.
Meridan State College is located at Meridan Plains, a suburb of Caloundra on the Sunshine Coast. Our campus facilities comprise three distinct subschools precints - junior, middle and senior. These areas are linked via our rainforest walk.
Our college mantra of 'one college, one community', is enacted by all staff and students through our vertical community structure of Bradman, Freeman, O’Neill and Rafter. Our programs of distinction include the Arts and Early Years Curriculum.
Meridan State College is a stakeholder of the Sunshine Coast Technical Trade Training Centre based at Caloundra State High School. This initiative was made possible through the funding made available by the Australian Government's Education Revolution.
