The school is well-known for its work in the field of Gifted Education and has four specialist classes with a number of other gifted children clustered in regular classes. Its performances in all things academic is outstanding. An interesting side-effect of our concentration on differentiating the curriculum is the number of students lifted up a standard deviation at all levels of performance. Such practices are of benefit for all.
Robertson has developed a rich culture in class and instrumental music programs and high levels of participation in a full range of class and interschool sports.
The school has as its mission to foster autonomous life-long learners and aims to achieve this through high expectations, focussed teaching and engaged learners.
