Kadina Memorial High School is a secondary school for students from Years 8-12. Many students travel by bus to the school from the townships of Alford, Bute, Kulpara, Paskeville, Wallaroo, Wallaroo Mines and the surrounding farming communities. It is the only secondary school on the Yorke Peninsula.
In addition to the approximate 550 mainstream students, a number of students attend the Kadina Severe and Multiple Disability Unit that is located on site, which caters for students from Reception to Year 13 with significant physical and/or learning difficulties.
