Creswick Primary School is a rural township located approximately 20km along the Midland Highway from the larger regional city of Ballarat. The school grounds take up almost a full town block with the local kindergarten located in one corner. The excellent facilities mean staff and students have access to individual classrooms, open learning spaces and large multi purpose areas that allows flexibility for various teaching and learning styles. Outside there are landscaped gardens, hard surface areas, a sandpit, two climbing equipment areas, treed play areas as well as an oval which is used for team games such as cricket, football and soccer. The school is well resourced with up-to-date ICT equipment including interactive whiteboards in all home classrooms and an excellent access ratio of students per computer.
