Glen Iris Primary School, established in 1865, is a family and community oriented school serving families in the Glen Iris and surrounding areas. In 2010 student enrolment is 424, with 300 families and 19 classes.
The highly motivated and professional staff members provide a sound education that fosters a love of learning and encouragement for individuals to excel. Numeracy and Literacy are at the core of an integrated curriculum that includes Science, Technology, Health and Physical Education, The Arts (visual and performing) and French.
