Teesdale Primary School is located in the centre of a growing rural community. Located approximately 35 km northwest of Geelong, it offers the advantages of a rural lifestyle, with all services and facilities within easy commuting distance.
Our grounds and gardens provide a beautiful environment for education and recreation in the community. Teesdale Primary School is the only school in the township and in this sense it is the heart of Teesdale. We are part of a cluster of neighboring schools which foster professional development, sporting events, enhanced learning days and the sharing of resources.
Our school aims to fulfill each student's potential in all areas of development (academic, social, physical and emotional). It is the mission of Teesdale Primary School to nurture thinking, caring and responsible people with the self-esteem and the application necessary to meet challenges with confidence and enthusiasm.
We identify and respond to the educational needs of the groups and individuals within our school community. Special features of the school’s curriculum are our literacy and numeracy programs, learning through information technology, the arts and sport. Our community is very supportive of children with special needs and our integration program is diverse, caring and thorough.
