St Matthew’s aims to empower its students by giving them the skills and desire to change the world around them for the better. This will be achieved by providing students with a holistic education, embedded in Christian values and also the spirit of the Josephites. St Matthew’s School was opened in 1984, and has grown into a well respected primary school in Logan City. Our school was established by the Sisters of St Joseph and we continue to build on their traditions and the spirit of their founder, Australia’s first Catholic Saint Mary MacKillop. With over 600 students from Preparatory to Year Seven, we are able to offer a comprehensive and balanced curriculum which fosters growth in all students so that they can become lifelong learners.
