East Brisbane State School provides education for both boys and girls from prep (children need to be 5 by 30 June in the year they enrol in Prep) to Primary School (6 yrs to 12 yrs of age). The school currently has an enrolment of approximately 240 students from Prep to Year seven.
The diverse student population is drawn from approximately 35 different cultural backgrounds.
East Brisbane State School aims to provide a pleasant, safe and supportive environment, and an inclusive quality education service to develop thinking, caring citizens, who will be able to participate effectively and confidently in a changing society.
