Indooroopilly State High School is situated in the western suburbs of Brisbane, the capital of the state of Queensland. It is close to rail and City Council bus routes linked to the Central Business District and major shopping facilities. It is within close proximity of a number of primary schools and an easy bus or car ride to the University of Queensland at St. Lucia. We offer a range of extra curricula activities and encourage students to participate in a wide range of academic, sporting and cultural events. We have special support staff for students facing difficulties in their academic subjects and are in the process of introducing an Exceptional Learners' Program for the gifted and talented.
