WonderKindy Avondale Heights is a 90 place culturally diverse centre with many bilingual staff. We aim for high quality care and as such have received a High Quality rating from the National Childcare Accreditation Council (NCAC).
We aim to provide a warm, caring and stimulating environment in which your child can be nurtured and can develop to their utmost potential through recognising that each child and you, their parents have individual care and settling in needs. We do this through the observation of the children’s development and the planning, implementation and evaluation of age and developmentally appropriate interest and play based programs.
Staff at WonderKindy recognize and nurture the individuality and personal needs of each child- from following flexible routines to using open communication with parents to discover your child’s individual requirements to make the separation from parents as smooth and comfortable as possible for both the child and the parents (recognizing that parents too require time to adjust to leaving their children in the care of another person).
