Pascoe Vale Early Learning Centre & Kindergarten provides a welcoming, relaxed, safe and natural environment for all children, families and visitors. At Pascoe Vale Early learning Centre we recognise the importance of learning through play and appropriate intentional teaching methods are used to encourage the development of all children in our care.Our program is based around the children’s strengths and their interests. Each child is made to feel as though they belong at the centre and they have a sense of security when at the centre.
Communication counts and all our committed staff understand the importance of open communication and we as a team endeavour to ensure each parent has an understanding of their child’s day in care. Our wonderful team is recruited through a lengthy recruitment process and vetted according to legislation to ensure all children are safe in our care. Our team is experienced, qualified and dedicated to what we do and families shouldn’t expect any less from a member of the Pascoe Vale Early Learning Centre team. We believe children should be cared for by educators, who present themselves in a professional manner, who are dedicated to the early childhood profession and who are flexible to the individual needs and wants of the children and their families. We value the importance of professional development and actively encourage our staff to participate in these opportunities.
