Casimir Catholic College is a Year 7-12 co-educational College which was established in 1983 from the amalgamation of De La Salle College and St Brigid’s College, both of which had been landmarks in the Marrickville area dating back to the 1930s.
The College exists to meet the educational needs of children from Marrickville and surrounding suburbs. It has a rich tradition, steeped in the values and customs of the three religious orders: the Good Samaritan Sisters, the De La Salle Brothers and the Passionist Fathers.
The College is renowned for its genuine sense of community, its friendly campus and the quality relationships which exist between students, staff, and families. The College is located in a very multi cultural part of Sydney which adds significantly to the rich diversity of the school’s culture.
