Montgrove College acknowledges the individual needs of students and provision is made to extend and support their growth in all areas, academic, physical and spiritual.
The Infants School structure comprises two co-educational classes for each year, K to Year 2.
The Primary School is made up of one girls Year 3 class and one girls Year 4 class. The school will continue to add a class each year as the girls progress to Year 12.
The educational curriculum includes the six Key Learning Areas prescribed by the NSW Board of Studies:- English; Mathematics; Human Society and its Environment; Science and Technology; Creative Arts; Personal Development, Health and Physical Education.
While the school recognises the primary role that parents have in the spiritual development of their children, students are offered instruction in the Catholic faith.
Students learn Spanish from Kindergarten with further immersion in the Spanish language during sport.
Students from Kindergarten have access to computers in their classroom and in the computer laboratory. IT is integrated in other KLAs to develop students' expertise and awareness of information technology.
Learning support programs include lateral extension for gifted students and support for students with learning difficulties.
