Ignatius Park College, Townsville is a Catholic Secondary College for boys in the Edmund Rice Tradition. It is a part of the network of 40 Edmund Rice Schools Australia wide.
Since the first Edmund Rice School opened in Ireland in 1803, Edmund Rice schools have been charged with the responsibility to educate boys in a holistic manner taking care of their mental, spiritual and physical life. At Ignatius Park College, this tradition continues to this day with parents and teachers working together to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students.
