The Australian Industry Trade College (AITC) was established by industry for industry. At the AITC, Year 11 and 12 students complete their senior education and gain a Queensland Certificate of Education (QCE) and begin a paid apprenticeship in the trade career of their choice.
As a co-educational college, the AITC has over 300 apprenticeships and traineeships on offer. The Australian Industry Trade College supports your young person’s search for a suitable apprenticeship by employing employment consultants whose role it is to liaise with employers and to coach and mentor your son or daughter in a paid apprenticeship in industry. Starting their school based apprenticeships at the AITC gives students an early start to a productive trade career in industry.
