All day students may participate in boarding activities, although a small fee will apply for day students to engage in extra activities for which boarding families pay a levy. Equally, day students are always welcome to use the boarding house for overnight stays whether for convenience or friendship. The daily rate for overnight boarding is $30 per student. We recommend that students bring their own bedding. The fee includes all meals and access to all boarding facilities. Many of our boarding students enjoy the hospitality of day families on weekend leave. As a result, there is no distinction made between day and boarding students in the day school.Assumption College is situated in the city of Warwick, located at the junction of the New England and Cunningham Highways - two of the most important interstate road routes in Australia. Warwick is only two hours travelling time to Brisbane, one hour to Toowoomba and two and a half hours to the beaches of the Gold Coast.
