Park Orchards Primary School was established in 1962. The school has experienced a steady growth in enrolments over recent years, and now caters for the educational needs of 341 students. These students are drawn from a supportive community who values education and has high expectations of the school.
The school is accommodated in the original two classroom wings with a free standing library/ ICT facility and a basketball stadium. Facilities are well maintained and attractively presented. The school has carried out a number of refurbishments over recent years and has remodelled office and corridor space to provide additional small group learning spaces to support differentiation of the curriculum. A valuable POPS Arts Centre has been built and our students, teachers and parents are enjoying this fantastic facility.
