Katherine Group School consists of 13 remote school campuses spread across 450,000 square kilometres in the Katherine Region of the Northern Territory.
Each school is managed by the Katherine Group School Principal, one of the two Assistant Principals and at a local level by the Teaching Principal of each campus.
Timber CreekThe majority of school campuses in Katherine Group School cater for Indigenous, 'English as Second Language' learners. Many assistant teachers are Indigenous and provide cross-cultural classroom support to non-Indigenous staff.
