The internationally award winning and not-for-profit RDNS Education & Learning Centre (ELC) offers accredited and non-accredited health care training.
Courses are designed for those working in an aged and community care setting including enrolled nurses and registered nurses. The newly refurbished ELC at St Kilda also delivers niche training to the greater community and carers specifically Home and Community Care (HACC).
RDNS not only offers a suite of practical clinical health care training but also knowledge and skill based workshops focussed on developing a positive workplace.
Courses range from self development to leadership to professional development in a healthcare setting to advance clinical education.
With over 125 years experience within the community healthcare sector, the ELC works closely with the RDNS Research Institute and recognised industry experts to deliver up-to-date and practical evidence-based training.
Bespoke training sessions are available and if required delivered at your workplace to suit your organisational needs. Course schedules and online enrolment are accessible via the Education Portal.
