St James Residential College is fully air conditioned and provides a high standard of student single room accommodation for its students. Female and male students reside on the same campus in completely separate acommodation separated by the recreation room.
Each single room has single or king size single bed, supplied with a mattress and protector which is washed on a regular basis. The rooms all have individual locks to ensure security of the student's property. There is a desk and pin up board in the rooms along with a bedside cabinet plus a cupboard with both drawers and hanging space.
