Hillbrook is a co-educational Anglican secondary school with a special foundation of equity, caring and innovation. All aspects of our school have been carefully designed to encourage our students develop academically, personally, physically and spiritually - a philosophy that is reflected in the Hillbrook motto "In Balance We Grow". Hillbrook has a number of initiatives in place to ensure the review and continual refinement of our processes and the professional development of our teachers. A school, like any community, needs rules. But it doesn't need rules that aim to punish or destroy a student's dignity - or rules that don't make sense. At Hillbrook, we have a more realistic approach to discipline that works to everyone's benefit. Our "Rules of the Road" are the basic guidelines we set out to ensure the safety and protection of all our students.
