The school's motto is reflected in the commitment to building on each individual's strengths and to focus on their future growth. A balanced curriculum is provided to enable all students to achieve at their optimum performance level. Granville District has recognised the school's success in providing programs for students with special needs. These programs are based on a philosophy of integration yet utilise specialist targeted support where required. The District Learning Difficulties Team has been based in the school from the beginning of 2000. The school has been placed on the Priority Schools Program (PSP) for 2001-2004. This program will provide additional funding and support for school initiatives over the next four years.
