Candelo Public School staff, students and families work closely together to provide a comprehensive curriculum that fosters a love of learning; respect for self and others; and an acquisition of knowledge that will enable students to take their rightful place in the their own community, as well as recognising their place within the wider global community. There is a consistent focus on student welfare, core values and high standards of behaviour to ensure Candelo PS is a safe and happy place where everyone has a sense of belonging. The major features of our curriculum and school culture include high academic expectations in literacy, numeracy and creativity.
