Hamilton South Public School

Hamilton South Public School is an inner city Newcastle school which opened in 1933. It has a proud tradition of academic and sporting achievement. The playground features shady trees, grassed areas and a large covered learning area. There is a before and after school care facility on the school site. The school mission statement is: 'Encouraging children to achieve their full potential by providing a quality life-education in a cooperative, caring environment.'
