Nashdale Public School serves a rural community some nine kilometres west of the city of Orange. Students attending the school predominately come from small farm holdings and orchards around the school district, but 31% of the school population come from the city of Orange, travelling either by bus or private vehicle. The school has a long and happy working relationship with the local community over the years with many ex-pupils expressing a genuine interest in the progression of existing pupils. Students attending the school have a happy and safe environment in which to learn and grow. All staff provide a balanced, stimulating and caring atmosphere for all children to progress. Programs presented to students allow for individuality to develop through the provision of a stimulating and challenging curriculum.
