Clifton State High School is a small, rural, co-educational secondary school located between Toowoomba and Warwick. It services the communities of Leyburn, Cambooya, Clifton, Nobby, Ryeford, Back Plains, Greenmount, Emu Creek and Pilton.
With a current enrolment of approximately 220 students, we are a small enough school to offer an individualised teaching and learning approach and take pride in the family atmosphere that is evident in our school community.
Although small, the school offers a wide variety of opportunities for students. There are a wide range of subject choices and extra curricula activities. We are extremely proud of our successful Cattle Team, Instrumental Music Group, Hospitality Group and Pathways Program.
Our school is small enough to offer an individualised and caring learning environment but large enough to provide maximum opportunities for student achievement.
