Grass Tree Kitchen is a cooking school held in a home environment in a unique converted bakery at Deagon. Built in the 1920's the bakery forms part of the history of the bayside suburb of Deagon just a few minutes drive from the beautiful foreshore.
Local and visiting chefs present classes which can be demonstration-only; hands-on; and often a combination of both. We use domestic appliances and equipment you would have in your own home so you can recreate these dishes for your friends and family.
Most classes run for approximately three hours with tastings of the delicious dishes and matched wine included. Whether a complete novice or an experienced cook, you are sure to both enjoy and learn in the unique comfortable and friendly surroundings at Grass Tree Kitchen.
