Rochedale South State School has been a school of choice in our local community since 1979. Positive attitudes towards learning and behaviour are fostered through our quality Australian curriculum which emphasises Performing Arts, Science, ICT’s and Sport along with Chinese (Mandarin) language and culture studies to ensure our children have well rounded skills and the confidence to achieve their personal best. Student progress in Reading, Writing, and Mathematics is tracked to maximise student learning in these vital areas.
We set high standards for Dress, Behaviour and Work Habits and explicitly teach children how to behave well through our Learning to Live Together Program which emphasises Care, Courtesy and Cooperation.
