Our classes split into two types:
Hands On:
As the name suggests, this is where you get your hands dirty!
We now offer you the ability to do these classes on an each basis, rather than being committed to a whole 'block'. There are a series of eight beginners classes, and eight advanced classes for those who are more confident and competent in the kitchen. In each class, you will prepare an entire menu from entree to dessert, so you are kept very busy! Recipes and notes are included.Demonstration & Guest Chefs:
These classes are mostly demonstration, although sometimes we may have something like a chocolate workshop with a guest chef which is 'hands on'. We invite local, and occasionally interstate, Chefs to present their particular specialty. They usually prepare a full course menu and participants are able to taste a small portion. Full recipes are provided so that you can become inspired and repeat the performance in your own home!We can seat up to 40 participants, with 25 being the average number.
