This School has been an integral part of the Spreyton Community since 1890 and has continued to grow in size, strength and educational performance outcomes over time. In 2010 we are a school population of 450 students, with highly skilled staff, excellent resources, and proven capacity for: improved student learning outcomes, parent/carer/community involvement in our school and contribution to our semi-rural local community. Our Spreyton Primary School Community provides a large range of inclusive programs and educational and support services for students K-6. These include: straight grade and composite classes; specialist music; drama; instrumental; choir; solo voice; perceptual motor; physical education; ICT and library programs; student literacy / numeracy development programs; Gifted Education Programs; Active After School Sports program; Launching into Learning (birth to age 4 programs); Girls and Relationships Program; Boys Education and Support Program; Learn to Swim Program; interschool sporting events and team participation and Mersey Leven Child Care Services, 3pm-6pm.
