Toorloo Arm Primary School is committed to the improvement of teacher practice and student learning. Our school strives to build a learning community where supportive partnerships between school and parents are seen as an integral part of student success. Our staff participate in ongoing Professional Development focused on improving teacher practice. Much of this work revolves around explicit teaching procedures which we are continuing to implement in greater depth across the curriculum. This will include expanding explicit teaching practices to writing and mathematics.
