Newport Lakes Primary School is situated in a quiet residential pocket of Newport just a few minutes from the Westgate Bridge.

A Before and After School Care program is available on site program which incorporates ‘Active After School Care’ activities. During school holidays, a vacation care program is also available to families.
The school has a very proactive parent club with parents who are interested in a variety of activities including sustainability, gardening, classroom helpers, social / fundraising events and community connections. The staff and parents work together to create a positive home / school partnership.
School Council work to maintain a safe and attractive environment for the whole school community. The facilities are well cared for and the students take pride in their learning environment. The playgrounds are spacious and well maintained.
