Safety Training Professionals (STP) has evolved from AAA Safety Training & Consultancy and is now a Registered Training Organisation (RTO Provider No. 52431) delivering nationally recognised safety and occupational training and consultancy services.
Our training courses are designed to not only meet or exceed the expected requirements, but impart an understanding and therefore ownership of how a task is to be done correctly and safely. Whilst the training outcomes must be met we prefer to tailor the course to site-specific requirements, this includes the use of client procedures, systems and documentation.
Although there are very strict requirements for the objectives to be met, the methods used to achieve these goals are flexible. This allows our Instructors the ability to moderate, whilst maintaining accountability and repeatability of our assessment strategies.
