Access Division provides educational products and services including curriculum development, industry and community liaison, research and commercial products. It produces teaching and learning resources which assist teachers and trainers to effectively deliver education and training appropriate to all groups in the community including people of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island background, people of non-English speaking background, and people with disabilities.
Educational programs include: Adult general education (including adult literacy and numeracy, School Certificate and HSC equivalent courses and diplomas) / Communication courses and modules / English for Speakers of Other Languages / Language, literacy and numeracy support within vocational courses and work-based learning / Languages Other Than English, including courses for interpreters / Preparation for further education and work / Support for TAFE Outreach and Community programs / Workplace Learning and Retraining.
