Southside Education is a new secondary education model for young women. Southside is an Independent School staffed by a multi-disciplinary team of teachers, counsellor, youth workers, and family workers.
Southside believes that all young people have a right to an education. We believe education means preparing all young people for a fulfilling and active life in the community.
Southside aims to provide a truly supportive school environment where students are treated with unconditional positive regard. Many of our students do not have functioning family networks, and for them, the school becomes their most important social structure.
