Natone Primary is a small rural school, surrounded by dairy farms, catering for children in the Natone, Upper Natone and Stowport regions approximately 15 minutes from Burnie. Natone Primary offers diverse, high quality educational experiences to students, Kinder to Grade 6, within a warm and friendly family environment. We are well resourced and have a committed group of staff, parents and community members. Students are also encouraged to participate in outside school activities and sporting opportunities. We offer an early year’s program to families of children aged 0 to 4, and access to after school care services. The school is strongly supported by its wider community with high levels of involvement across all aspects of the school. Our extensive facilities and resources include our National Award Winning Wetlands Area which has been developed by students, staff, parents and the community over a number of years. The centre offers the opportunity for students and teachers from schools within our region to experience diverse teaching and learning opportunities focusing on biodiversity. We are very proud of the programs we offer and the quality of the experiences we deliver.
